Some interesting figures...

As promised here are some interesting figures about my newsletter.

I sent it almost 1 week ago to 319 members... I send the mail with the "request receipt" option, and in the mail I've put a link that people had to click to read the newsletter...
So, what are the results?

Out of 319 mails:
15 failed right away!
16 receipts were received! (note that there's no obligation to send a receipt when you open a mail, so that figure does not mean that much...)
17 send me back an error message as : "Unknown account", "mailbox full"...
2 asked me to be removed from my sending list.
and 1 guy replied to me!!

Ok, if I'm adding those figures, I'm far away from the 319 members!! What happened to the rest... I don't know, probably lost somewhere in cyberspace in some unused or not checked regularly mailboxes... Who knows?!?

The last figure I have is the number of clicks on the link. That's probably the more interesting figure as it shows how many people actually open the page to read the newsletter! And the answer is 34!

Also note that I was asking some feedback about the newsletter and that I only received 1 answer!!!

So, if you're wondering why you have difficulties to communicate with your downline... Don't worry, it seems it's quite normal to have a few replies... I've often heard about the 10% rule, meaning if you have 100 members, only 10 will be active ones... Well, it seems to fit well with my newsletter!

Should that bother me ? Should I stop to write this newsletter? NO, I WON'T !
I'm still convinced that COMMUNICATION is THE KEY! And I'll do all I can to communicate, then members will take it or leave, but I won't have anything to regret... I would have done my part of the job!

This lesson is also good for you that may find it hard to recruit new members, should you stop promoting? NO! Should you stop welcoming new members? NO! Why? Because, it's a number game! You might need to send hundreds mails to have a few that are actually read, but at the end of the day that worth it! You don't need to have a 100% response rate, all you need is some very good active members... Those people are the more difficult ones to find but when you'll do, it will compensate for all the inactive ones you met before! Trust me;-)

Ok, have a good promotion work... and go communicate! ;-)

The Newsletter n°0 has been sent!

Finally the newsletter has been sent yesterday! :-)
If you're one of my members and did not receive it, please check that your email account is still a valid one!
By the way, that sending of my newsletter will be a great experience to know who is an active member of my team and who's not... Who's serious about working a plan that works and who's not...
I've sent the newsletter to more than 300 people in my downline... who said it was difficult to get members? ;-) ... Since then, I've already received a lot of delivery failures for reasons as "account closed" "user unknown" "user deleted"... So, I guess I have nothing to expect from such members as they don't even have a valid email account to be contacted.
If those people are still free members of e-Biz HUC, my very next task will be to make sure their account is closed, because they're obviously not using it and so they're wasting place in our downlines and they're wasting our time too...
Other stats will be interesting to look at... as for instance how many people receiving that newsletter actually clicked on the link to read it!
... I'll give you all the results of this "experience" in the next newsletter, on this blog or maybe both! :-)

SHAME ON ME!

The letter is ready after a lot of copy-pasting work, I've re-built my address book and now I "just" need to set-up correctly my Group Mail application...

Guess what, that will be done soon... hum... did I dare to type "soon"... well, I'll do my best...

But don't forget that I'm always just one email away if you need my help or if you wish to ask me something about the plan... I promise I'm very much quicker to reply to my mails than to set-up a newsletter! :-))

Update...

Ok, the weekly newsletter is still not ready yet...
Sometimes I'd really like to be faster but, sometimes... I have no other choice... :-(

Coming soon...

Hi there!

Just a very quick post today to let you know what's coming soon for members of my team in the 1.7 Mio Plan....

In my last post, I explained how important communication is to be successfull online... Now, that's easy to say, but sometimes it requires some efforts to make it work...

Knowing that, I've decided to force myself to at least communicate weekly with my team members, and to do that I'll send them a newsletter about the plan.

In this newsletter, I'll put all the things I think might help the members to succeed with the plan. It should also become a great tool to start discussion with me team members...

COMMUNICATION is the key.

Everything is in this post's title :

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY !!!

You decided to earn money working online?

Then you should know the following:
Working online is to network...
Networking is to create networks...
Creating networks is to COMMUNICATE!
Does a good communication requires special secret skills? NO!!!

When you meet people in the real world, I'm sure you're able to be polite and to say "Hello, nice to meet you!" don't you?!?
Well, the same thing applies online, when you join a team (which you did when you joined the 1.7MioPlan) it's common sense to say hello to other team members. You can easily do that by using the contact upline members form in your eBizHUC member area.
For those of you who don't dare to make the first step... you're supposed to receive a welcome mail from all your upline members welcoming you and offering some help to you... The least you can do is to reply to it!!! No need to be a long mail, but just create a contact, open a communication way...

If I wrote this post today, is obviously because some members are not even communicating at all!!!

Well, I can't force you to communicate but then you can't force me to try to help you neither... If you're not communicating don't expect to succeed online!

You have all it takes to be successfull, but at the end of the day: it's UP to YOU!

Deletion Time: NEW Power added!

It's deletion time!

Deletion time of what? who? where ?
Deletion of the free members of your team that are not showing any signs of life even after you asked them to contact you to get more help if needed.

As I'm in a hurry today, I won't be long on the reasons why you should, from time to time, delete your free members. The thing has been discussed many times in the different forums around... and also explained in very detailed emails. If you're still not sure why you should do that, please contact me!

Now, why I'm posting today then?

Because I just noticed that eBizHUC is now offering us more POWER than ever before!


If you run the downline report I was talking about in my last post, you'll notice that you now have a lot more of members that you can delete directly from this report.

So far, we were only able to delete people we personnally recruited (and that was sometimes a real pain), now not anymore! I'm not sure what are the criteria that are now used, but I'm now able to delete almost half of my free members! And you better believe that I will!

So, sorry, but I have work to do right now! And so should you! ;-)

P.S.: Note that deletion are once for good, make sure you're deleting the right person!

Did you had as bad results as mine ?!?

Hi there !
Holidays are now over for most of us and I hope you could enjoy some restfull days...

But what about your business?
I have to confess that August was my worst month since I joined the 1.7 MioPlan in April...

What does "my worst month" mean in clear figures ? Actually, it means I earned $88.2 !

How much did YOU earn ?

If you earned as much as me, you're on the good way, continue like that! ;-)

If not, WHY not? What do you think I'm doing that you can't be doing?!?
In case of doubts, re-read advices here and/or ask me for help.

I've always said that I'm here to help you succeed and I mean it! :-)

Now, as I said bove august was my worst month and I'm quite sure it was the same for most of us... BUT you need to know that it's a quite well known fact that business on internet is very down in august. This fact should not be an opportunity for you to be disappointed but rather to prepare yourself for the better months to come. Prepare new ads pages, new welcomes mails, try to find new ways to advertise... and be ready for success!

Remember, it's YOUR plan and it's also YOUR JOB to make it work! We're working in team and we're there to help you, but nothing will happen without YOU being involved as well...



So Team, keep up the good work !

How to delete your account in e-Biz HUC ?

Ok, obviously this is not something I'm happy to teach you but it might be usefull in some cases anyway... Or maybe you'll have to explain it to one of your own members someday...

So, deleting your account by e-Biz HUC is VERY EASY, so better be sure of what you're doing when you decide to do it!

Just login to your member area. On the left column's menu, click on "Member Profile".

You'll get the following screen:

At the top of it, click on the "Delete Site" button.

Then... I don't know what will happen as I don't want to delete my account yet!!! ;-)

But I guess it might ask you to confirm you choice.

Whenever you decide to delete your account and then change your mind, you'll always be welcome to join again, but note that all your previous downline you might have built won't be yours anymore!

Time flies!

"Time flies!" That's so true... I realise so many days have passed already without any updates on this blog! Maybe you thought I was dead... or that I did quit the 1.7Mio Plan because it was a scam or because it was not working... None of these are correct!

Actually, the Plan is almost working too good for me to follow the rythm...
I mean, I want to personally welcome each and every new member of my team (by the way, you all should do the same!). I don't want to use autoresponders, I need to make them feel I'm REAL, REACHABLE and READY to HELP!
So, for this little update, I will just give you some figures... these are REAL figures, these are MY results! I'm far away from the millions, and I know members that got better results than mine... but have a look and tell me if you wouldn't be happy already with the same results!?!
In 3 months time, I've recruited a total of 287 members (plus the ones that came and went away already!). Amongst them 56 are still PRO members. I earned $316.8 in 3 months, it did cost me only 3*$12... Am I happy with those results? Yes, I am! :-)

Do you have at least as good results as mine?

- Yes, congratulations, you're on your way now, you don't need my help anymore!
- No?!? Why not?!? Did you do ALL as explained? Did you ever request for help to your upline members? If not, why not? This plan is not working on its own, YOU have to make it work, but I'm ready to teach you all I've done to get my results... So, just "dare" to contact me for more help if needed...

How good is it working? (Part 2)

Ok, today just a quick post to keep you informed on how good the system is working...

13 days ago, I told you I've got 23 members in 10 days and 13 of them decided to upgrade right away!

So, where am I today, have those figures doubled as time doubled ?!?

Look, here are my results: 109 members and 36 PRO members!!!

What do you think?!? Still wondering if it's efficient?!? :-))

Avoid Spam Complaints

Nowadays, the laws against spam (unsollicited emails) are very strict, and you'd better do everything you can to avoid to receive Spam complaints.

SPAM is NOT allowed to promote you Plan!!!

By using Spam you might lose a lot of things: your account at EBizRotator, your email account, your ISP might block your account... then comes the lawsuits... All kind of pretty bad things that you don't want!

In the same time, Communication is a key to your success whatever your plan is... You'll need to contact each and every one of your new members. You'll have to explain them why they have to upgrade, how to set-up everything, let them know you'll always be there to help them...

That's already several mails... Now multiply this by 6 (each upline members) and you understand that's quickly becoming a lot of mails...
So, to avoid spam complaints, the best is to add some kind of disclaimer at the top or the bottom of all your mails stating why they receive those mails and how they could stop to receive those.


Here's an example of what I'll use from now on, feel free to use it as it is or to personnalize it a bit more, BUT do PUT ONE IN ALL your emails!

"Disclaimer: You're receiving this email because you're a member of my team in The 1.7 Mio Plan or in EBizRotator. I have no interest in losing your time and mine by sending you mails that you don't want. So, if you don't want to hear from me anymore, just reply to this mail with "Remove me" as subject line."

Theorically, you should never received complaints from your members, but you never know... sometimes people are weird... and sometimes they might be there by error or because someone illegally used their address to join. So this disclaimer is safer... ;-)

Set-Up your Spillover in 3 Steps

One of the major keys in the success of The Plan is The SPILLOVER. The Spillover allows you to build your downline deeply instead of widely. This is really the best way to build your downline. I'll do another post about the interest of spillover, but for now let's set it up!

You have absolutely to make sure your Spillover is set-up correctly!

STEP 1 :

  • Log-in to your eBizRotator.
  • Click: "Member Profile".
  • Scroll Down until you see: "Rotator Information"It says:"Do you want to STOP your auto spillover?".
  • Select: "YES" from the drop down menu.


STEP 2:
  • Click "My Downline" from the menu on the left.
  • Scroll down until you see:"Downline Spillover Please build depth within each LEG of your downline until you find a LEADER who will take over...".
  • Click "Spill New Enrollments to Build Depth" .



Step 3:
  • You will see that you have 10 spots in your spillover rotator.Right now, you should see YOUR ID in all10 spots. Leave it that way until you get a new UPGRADED member.
  • When someone DOES upgrade to PRO, you will receive a "COMMISSION ALERT" email from EBiz. That email will include your new PRO member'sID. Their ID is their first and last initials and a number.
  • Replace ALL your referral IDS with your newPRO member's ID.
  • The next team member to sign up under your site will go to your PRO member and so, on Your next level, making both of you happy! ;-)
  • When THEY get someone who upgrades to PRO, do this again. This ensures that you build your team DEEP. This way, everyone on this leg of your team is benefitting from the new sign-ups.
  • Continue doing this until you fill all 7 levels. By this time, your team should start taking over and building a little on their own... Start your new leg by changing all the IDs back to YOURS. Repeat the process you just went through to create your 2nd complete leg, 3rd leg, 4th leg, etc...

How good is it working?

Of course, what anyone is wondering before joining a program is:

"How good is this program in reality?"

Well, only 10 days have passed since I joined and what are my results? Am I earning millions dollars already?!?

NO! I'm not earning millions already, but in only 10 days I got 23 members and 13 of them decided to upgrade right away!
The fact is, in less than a week I already got my $12 fees back and today, I'm already earning commissions! How good does it look to you?!?

Now, you tell me: how many programs that you joined before brought you so many downline members AND commissions so quickly?!? As far as I'm concerned, I have to say barely none did...

So, if you did not join EBizrotator already or did not decide to upgrade your account... Don't wait anymore, it's really easy as 1,2,3 and it REALLY works! ;-)

Page to advertise the Plan in Traffic Exchanges

A good place to find new members for your Plan is Traffic Exchanges. In the $1.7 Million Plan, it is highly recommended that you use Studio Traffic and 4Daily.

But to advertise in traffic exchanges, you have to use what is called "splash" pages. That is a very short page, because you only get a few seconds to make the surfer willing to click to know more about the program...

Here you'll find the link to my "splash" page, and in it you'll find the link to the more detailed advertising page... If you're interested in using the same page but with your links/text/pictures and you don't know how to do it, feel free to ask me! (btw, if you'd like to have a personal blog but are only able to write email, I can help you too...)

Note: Don't hesitate to use other traffic exchanges... 2 it's good, but there so many places where you could also advertise your plan...

The Basics

Note: This post is meant for people who already know about the 1.7$Million Plan and that has me (Andre Bricteux) as sponsor, I warmly invite anyone else to contact me by mail for further information about it.

1. Join EBizRotator and upgrade


3. Join 4Daily

Note that point 1 is the only MANDATORY one, and you probably already did it... The 2 next points are highly recommended by all your upline members in EBizRotator, but if you don't want to use them, you don't need to... Points 2 and 3 are not relevant anymore!

Ok, that's it! These are the Basics! This post doesn't explain anything about the why's and the how's, but feel free to contact me for any request. The main reason of success of the $1.7Million Plan is: TEAMWORKING!
You just joined the Team, so now let's introduce yourself and communicate with us and your future members...

What is this blog about?

Well, good question... but to answer it, I need to talk a bit about myself (don't worry that won't be long as it's not what I prefer...)

So, a bit about me... I'm 31, married, and have 3 adorable daughters. I learned marketing at university and worked several years by IBM, then DHL. Today, my goal is to earn enough money online to be able to pay the bills working at home... and more!;-)

Working at home, having an online business is a REAL WORK...
It means you have to put in it lots of time and efforts if you want to be successful!
Believe me, I've spent several years online now, and I've seen a lot of unbelievable claims about that business... Only one thing is 100% sure: there's no magic potion out there, despite what anyone could shout out loud!
BUT, there is money to be earned for those who really want to work!

What's the BEST PLAN about?

As I said in the presentation, the Best Plan to your success online is yours! That will be the one meeting your desires, your needs and your capabilities and ressources...

So, why do you need this blog?

This blog exists because of my need to have a place where I could easily and quickly "teach & meet" my new business partners that joined The $1.7Million Plan .

Here you'll find all the support and help you need to build your OWN BUSINESS PLAN following the $1.7Million Plan guidance.

So, in my next post, I'll present you the really basic "rules" of the $1.7Million Plan. They're easy as 1,2,3 or A,B,C... whatever is easier for you! ;-)
Then, all the other posts will be about suggestions, recommendations, tips and tricks, to help you build YOUR plan successfully.
