Nowadays, the laws against spam (unsollicited emails) are very strict, and you'd better do everything you can to avoid to receive Spam complaints.
SPAM is NOT allowed to promote you Plan!!!
By using Spam you might lose a lot of things: your account at EBizRotator, your email account, your ISP might block your account... then comes the lawsuits... All kind of pretty bad things that you don't want!
In the same time, Communication is a key to your success whatever your plan is... You'll need to contact each and every one of your new members. You'll have to explain them why they have to upgrade, how to set-up everything, let them know you'll always be there to help them...
That's already several mails... Now multiply this by 6 (each upline members) and you understand that's quickly becoming a lot of mails...
So, to avoid spam complaints, the best is to add some kind of disclaimer at the top or the bottom of all your mails stating why they receive those mails and how they could stop to receive those.
Here's an example of what I'll use from now on, feel free to use it as it is or to personnalize it a bit more, BUT do PUT ONE IN ALL your emails!
"Disclaimer: You're receiving this email because you're a member of my team in The 1.7 Mio Plan or in EBizRotator. I have no interest in losing your time and mine by sending you mails that you don't want. So, if you don't want to hear from me anymore, just reply to this mail with "Remove me" as subject line."
Theorically, you should never received complaints from your members, but you never know... sometimes people are weird... and sometimes they might be there by error or because someone illegally used their address to join. So this disclaimer is safer... ;-)
